Stress



 It's amazing what Stress can do to our minds bodies and spirits.  I look at myself lately and find proof of this every day.  The stress and worry while being out of work and then working at something I knew was not for me really has done a number on my well being.

I did what the experts/doctors/everyone says to do, worked out.  Three days a week.  I did feel better till I injured myself.  Worked out through the injury, wore the boot, got well, injured again....
Now what?  Doc says working out on concrete is absolutely the worst thing for feet and knees.

So, the mirror tells the truth.  Life throws us curves and our bodies pay some of the price....
